Wisemonk.io is an Employer of Record (EOR) platform based in India, seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team in Utah. This is an onsite role designed for individuals eager to contribute to our growth by generating new sales opportunities.
Job Overview
As a BDR, you will act as the crucial link between our marketing and sales teams. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify new business opportunities, ultimately driving sales growth. You will engage with potential clients through various outreach methods, including cold calls and emails, and help establish long-term relationships that support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities.
- Outreach: Contact potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Meeting Coordination: Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and senior sales executives.
- Sales Reporting: Report on weekly/monthly sales results to the Business Development Manager.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our services.
Qualifications
- Up to 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of sales performance metrics and techniques.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
