Every team member operates under documented controls: MDM-managed devices, enforced encryption, SSO through your IdP, role-based access, and secure workspaces with physical and network controls. Your InfoSec team sets policy — we execute and provide audit trails.

What compliance frameworks can you support?

Who manages the team day-to-day?

You do. Your managers assign work, review output, set priorities, and run performance cycles. Wisemonk handles employment, people ops, and infrastructure. We don't interfere with what the team works on or what it builds.

How quickly can we go live?

From signed agreement to first hire: typically 2–4 weeks. A full pod of 10–25 people usually takes 8–12 weeks to be fully staffed, onboarded, and productive.
